You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify j2000 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. j2000 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
j2000 implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter at our discretion, you will be required to submit verification documents including a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving license), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial recognition verification.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of the request may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. j2000 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if suspicious activity is detected or if required by regulatory authorities.
As a registered player on the j2000 platform, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that your login credentials remain confidential and are not shared with any third party. You agree to immediately notify j2000 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security vulnerability.
You must not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose, including but not limited to placing bets, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals. j2000 reserves the right to suspend accounts showing signs of shared usage or multiple user access patterns.
j2000 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close your account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, created duplicate accounts, colluded with other players to gain unfair advantage, engaged in money laundering or other illegal activities, or abused promotional offers through systematic exploitation.
In the event of account suspension or closure, j2000 will conduct a thorough investigation and may withhold withdrawal of funds pending completion of the investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, j2000 reserves the right to confiscate all account balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
j2000 supports deposits and withdrawals through all major Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transactions in other currencies will be rejected.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000, and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Rp 100.000.000 unless otherwise agreed with our VIP management team for high-roller accounts. j2000 does not charge processing fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your financial institution may impose their own charges.
Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your j2000 account within 60 seconds during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Night deposits (22:00-08:00 WIB) may take up to 5 minutes to process. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source account minus any applicable processing fees. This policy helps prevent money laundering and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), seven days a week. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following morning. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your j2000 account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If you have deposited funds but have not placed any bets or played any games, j2000 reserves the right to charge a 5% administrative fee on withdrawal to cover payment processing costs and prevent abuse of our platform for money transfer purposes.
All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Only funds classified as "withdrawable balance" in your account interface may be withdrawn. j2000 reserves the right to request additional verification or decline withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to patterns consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
j2000 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time of the promotional offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
Bonuses are promotional gifts from j2000 and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
Different games contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the standard contribution rates are as follows: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%, Sports betting with odds of 1.50 or higher contributes 100%, Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contributes 50%, and Table Games (non-live) contribute 20%.
Some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play or contribute 0% toward wagering requirements. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies (such as betting both red and black on roulette or backing all outcomes in sports) is considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Players may only claim one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of all balances across all accounts.
j2000 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional offers, collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms.
Maximum bet limits may apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture. Standard maximum bet with active bonus funds is Rp 50.000 per bet/spin unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

For sports betting services including football betting (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and other sports, all bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or venue change, j2000 will apply standard industry rules which generally void bets unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours.
j2000 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, unless specifically offered as in-play/live betting markets. We also reserve the right to void bets if we determine that the player had access to outcome-determinative information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement (e.g., insider information about player injuries).
Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any selection in a mix parlay is void due to match cancellation, the parlay is recalculated based on remaining selections at reduced odds.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, j2000 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. j2000 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, third-party interception of communications, or unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of j2000 services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of j2000 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution of any disputes. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint to our formal disputes department by emailing [email protected] with full details of your claim and supporting documentation.
j2000 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 7 business days and providing a final resolution within 28 days. If you remain unsatisfied with our final decision, you may have the right to pursue legal remedies through Indonesian courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and j2000 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
